Андрей: Rating editor: card checks, points and methodology

Andrey has run the rating since the first card: he collects facts from the vendors’ official sites and documentation, attaches a link and a date to each, scores the eight published criteria and revisits the points every two weeks through the methodology log. He came to the rating from Telegram traffic work: mailing, inviting, AI commenting, account warm-up. He takes no money from vendors, writes no reviews, and accepts vendor corrections only with a primary source.
